During this internship, the intern will be assigned the following tasks/projects:

• Assist with formalizing & documenting processes and department support procedures. Research industry standards and compare to our current procedures for support. 
• Assist in formalizing & documenting the process for employee engagement in department procedures. How can our employees feel more involved in giving feedback and development ideas for department support procedures?
• Assist with formalizing & documenting the process for writing Knowledge Articles within OneCRM: 
• Assist with formalizing & documenting the process for on-boarding and continued learning for department employees.
• Assist with research of special projects such as an additional extended warranty program for our customers.
• Additional duties to be assigned as needed

Internship Requirements:

Academic Year: Junior or Senior

Area of Study: English, Journalism, Marketing

Preferred GPA: 2.0+

Software Experience: Microsoft Office, SAP, Web Design

Work Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Department: Technical Services

Compensation: $20/hour
