Our Recruitment Process

We take great care with our recruitment process; it reflects our commitment to both selected and non-selected applicants. Our recruitment team will keep in touch with you throughout your recruitment process, which in most cases will be as follows:

  1. Vacancies are advertised on various online boards, and other media will be used when appropriate.
  2. Interested candidates are invited to apply for open positions that allows them to develop their potential and that match skills and experience to our requirements. Candidates should fully complete the application process by including their CV and answering the Candidate Summary section.
  3. Applicants will receive an online confirmation that STIHL Inc. has received their information.
  4. Applicants who meet job requirements will be contacted for an initial phone interview; applicants who do not meet job requirements will receive an automated email indicating that they were not selected for an interview.
  5. Following the phone interview, successful candidates will be invited to participate in at least one additional interview and perhaps up to four interviews in all, depending on the position.
  6. All candidates will be contacted to inform them of an offer decision.

There is no definitive time period for this process, but we strive to complete the process as quickly as possible for the benefit of both STIHL Inc. and the applicant.
