The SQE Intern will build a stand-alone questionnaire with integrated grading, define, build, rollout a Delivery Performance reporting mechanism, define non-conformance coding​, Split causes between supplier and customer and Pareto non-conformances​, work to implement change request​ and build training documentation for various processes, including but not limited to:

• Continual Improvement
• Customer requirements
• Value stream mapping
• P1 Potential Analysis
• P2-P4 Pre-Serial Production
• P5-P7Serial Production
• VDA Analysis Tools

Internship Goals:

• Improve understanding and use of Lean Tools 
• Develop an understanding of Structured Problem Solving 
• Use data / metrics / key indicators to develop priorities and solutions

Internship Requirements:

Academic Year: Any

Area of Study: Engineering

Preferred GPA: 3.2+

Software Experience: Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, SolidWorks

Work Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation: $20/hour
