Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Management and development of the Key Account Management and Application Consultants
- Development of the strategically oriented key account management concept
- Budget and cost management
- Analysis of the customer structure (landscaping/authorities/large customers), selection of potential customers and analysis of customer requirements together with the professional focus dealers
- Presentation and marketing of STIHL product solutions in conjunction with STIHL Inc. Marketing
- Achievement of sales and turnover targets
- Coordination/preparation, reporting via the CRM system
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Specifications
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management, ideally in a 3-tier sales channel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- MS Office, CRM
- Promotion and development of employees, negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, decision-making skills
- Reliability, ability to deal with conflict, willingness to work in a team, personal responsibility, commitment, willingness to change
- Travel Requirements: 25% - 50%
