We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate evaluation, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

  • Source candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.

  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates.

  • Facilitate the interview process and provide guidance to both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and hiring trends.

Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • 4-6 years of recruiting experience required.  
  • Experience recruiting for IT and manufacturing positions is a plus. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
