Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answers and routes internal or external phone calls using multi-line phone / switchboard station.
  • Relays messages and routes calls to appropriate department.
  • Professionally receives visitors, advises appropriate party of visitor arrival and directs visitors to correct department or meeting room.
  • Responsible for scheduling travel and other supporting activities for the VP of Human Resources  
  • May assist with scheduling, coordinating, and implementing departmental or area activities.
  • Informs relevant departmental personnel when deliveries have arrived.
  • Collects and distributes incoming faxes, mail and messages to appropriate parties.
  • Responsible for lobby and desk area and to ensure they are clean and in good order.
  • Assumes additional related responsibilities as needed.


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of receptionist/clerical/customer service or related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point & Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic SAP experience preferred
