Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze market data, including product specific sales, overall sales volume, profitability, demographics, and competitive product releases and pricing strategies for assigned product groups.
- Plan, coordinate and execute market research studies to define current and future product needs.
- Research, develop and present business cases for new products.
- Communicate product features and benefits to US sales team.
- Manage pricing and promotions and support product marketing for assigned product groups in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to assigned product groups.
- Participate in the development of sales forecasts with sales planning.
- Support relevant trade shows, end-user presentations, and other similar events.
Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of related product or brand marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business negotiation experience.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Market Research coordination experience.
- Understanding of the US outdoor or indoor power tools markets.
- Experience writing technical requirements and specifications.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
