Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and revise SAP sales forecasts for specific Finished Goods and related accessory categories, and monitor forecast accuracy.
- Includes both domestic and export customer forecasting.
- Maintain SAP and MLE forecast parameters to improve forecast accuracy.
- Maintain SAP master data. Involved in the Strategic Planning, Annual Budget, and Monthly Operational Plans for select Domestic and Export Powerheads and accessory sales.
- Review and monitor procurement plans, purchase orders and related shipment notices for imported items from STIHL production companies.
- Resolve product availability issues between Operations, STIHL production companies and Customer requirements.
- Communication with customers (Distribution) regarding forecasting and product availability. SAP Administrative Support for Sales Planning Department.
- Monthly loading and verification for accuracy of Export Forecast.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend changes to the department manager.
- Analyze sales for product areas of responsibility.
- All work affecting product quality shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills, and experience.
- Responsible for other department specific duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
- May include routine functions or special projects Maintain proficiency in SAP by attending seminars or training courses as required.
Specifications:
- 4-year degree in related discipline or technical experience equivalent. SAP coursework and technical training.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Microsoft Office products proficiency
