About You
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Program Management: In coordination with partners and management, develops annual strategic plans, goals, budgets, and KPI targets for business events/ trade shows. Oversees financial performance, contracts, and deliverables.
- Tradeshow Programs: Leads the strategy, design, and execution of national trade show booths, sponsorships, and experiences. Coordinates with product, marketing, and business development teams to showcase innovations and ensure consistent brand representation.
- Business Events Programs: Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of high-level business events and dealer meetings, including agenda development, content alignment, and logistics management.
- Tour Guide Program: Manages the Business Events tour guide program, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and logistics.
- Planning: Creates and manages the annual calendar, project timelines, and milestones for all business events, dealer meetings, and national trade shows to ensure timely execution and cross-departmental alignment.
- Process Improvement: Develops and implements strategic process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization across event and trade show operations.
- Reporting: Establishes and monitors KPI goals; prepares executive-level reports and presentations to communicate event performance, outcomes, and recommendations.
- External Relationship Development: Identifies, evaluates, and manages relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers for future events and ongoing programs. Negotiates and maintains vendor contracts, SOWs, and performance expectations.
- Internal Relationship Development: Leads coordination across internal teams (marketing, sales, product, BD) and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences. Ensures consistent communication and alignment on priorities, deliverables, and brand standards.

Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills
- 3+ years of progressive experience in event management, trade show operations, or corporate marketing.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partners in high-visibility projects.
- Advanced presentation and reporting skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to create memorable, audience-driven experiences.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Travel approximately 25 nights per year.
- Demonstrated success fostering cross-functional collaboration and building alignment across complex organizational structures.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate change while maintaining focus on key business outcomes.
- Proven experience in brand development and marketing management.
