During this internship, the internship will be focused on the shaft turning process measurement stability improvements (Hanwha Turning)- Improve measurement reliability through data collection, statistical gage analysis, and DOE testing to implement more reliable gaging for the shaft turning department. Additional tasks/projects include:
- Perform gage analysis
- Suggest and implement new gaging on production floor
- Develop tolerances and gage setup
- Verify results in production
- Other projects as needed

Internship Requirements:
Academic Year: Junior
Area of Study: Mechanical Engineering
Preferred GPA: 3.2 +
Software Experience: SolidWorks, Office 365
