Project Outline:


STIHL Inc. has a full time opening for a Help Desk/IT Intern in our Information Services department! 


This Internship will include working with our Help Desk Ticketing system, Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and phone issues. Will work the with PC deployment team to build out and deploy new STIHL PCs. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

Project Goals:


  • Exposure to real-world IT scenarios that will provide priceless experience for professional growth.     
  • Exposure to several IS systems to manage users and computer accounts.
  • Exposure to a great team environment that will support hundreds of customers.

Preferred Qualifications:


Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior working on an Information Technology related degree.


Preferred Candidate Qualities

  • Interested in PC hardware and software repair.
  • Interested in working with end users to fix computer related issues.
  • Interested in learning in a fast-paced environment.
