Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains habitual positive relationships within cross functional teams in multiple departments.
- Provides analytical support for the administration of the IdeaPlus program under general supervision.
- Develops plans and strategies to make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the IdeaPlus program and policy.
- Heads up the Solution Committee and Focus Groups.
- Prepares agendas and notes as required.
- Provides recommendations for yearly budgets and monitors budget status.
- Develops and administers raffles, incentives, etc.
- Prepares and distributes program information.
- Develops and delivers training to submitters, expert reviewers and others as needed.
- Acts as the system super-user and assists in the training of the system company wide.
- Recommends system improvements as needed.
- Maintains the IdeaPlus inbox and routes all ideas to the required individuals.
- Follows ideas from submission to closing to ensure timely feedback and flow through the system.
- Develops and administers communication regarding the IdeaPlus system.
- Supports VP of HR which include but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, PowerPoint presentations and special projects
Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of analytical or project/program management experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to encourage, guide, and direct others to improve performance.
- Ability to listen and respond to information effectively and to give and receive feedback.
