Job Duties & Responsibilities: Advance analytical skills in areas for manufacturing assignments, redesigns, organizing technical data, strategic planning in executing advanced technology, proposal development for automation, mechanization methods, special tooling, machine attachments for purposes of cost reduction, ROI and MoBs. Lead the development, implementation, and production release of new production lines.

Required Travel: International travel 1-2 times/year, 1-2 weeks duration.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 2 years of experience in each of the following: using CAD design software such as CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD; leading professional and cross-functional teams; creating detailed equipment RFQs and layouts; and managing start-up of newly installed equipment.

Work Experience: 5 years’ experience involving project management with Bachelor’s or 3 years’ experience involving project management with Master’s
