During this internship, the intern will assist the Engineering Project Management team with data analysis and project related tasks:
- Research new manufacturing equipment
- Research new manufacturing methods
- Observe the production processes and collect data
- Analyze data to identify opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis, if applicable
- Present data to support decision making
- Assist Project Managers with project related tasks as needed
- Assist Project Managers with engineering changes as needed
- Support NTB testing, if applicable
Internship Goals:
- Gain understanding of engineering project management
- Research and analyze information
- Present potential savings opportunities and suggest plan for implementation
- Assist with project and engineering change related tasks
- Produce documentation for projects and understand the importance of a well-documented project
Internship Requirements:
Academic Year: Junior, Senior
Area of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Preferred GPA: 3.5+
Software Experience: MS Office, SAP (desired, not required)
