Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Join us for an exciting summer!  We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Eccomerce team as a intern.

 

As an eCommerce intern, you will support the B2X eCommerce product team by documenting and improving the business processes that enable the platform. This role offers hands-on experience in process mapping, cross-functional collaboration, and operational readiness while helping the organization better understand how teams, systems, and information flow together.

 

In this role, you will work with stakeholders across product, merchandising, and operations to map current workflows, create clear process documentation, and maintain materials that support training, onboarding, and internal alignment as the platform evolves.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and document business processes related to the B2X eCommerce platform.
  • Create clear, easy-to-understand process diagrams to support training and cross-team alignment.
  • Meet with stakeholders across product, merchandising, and operations to gather workflow information.
  • Update and maintain process documentation as workflows evolve after platform launch.
  • Support light operational tasks that improve product team readiness and internal clarity.
  • Help build an accurate view of how business processes function to support smoother coordination and more efficient operations.

 

Internship Goals:

  • Understand how a B2X ecommerce business operates by seeing how teams, decisions, and workflows come together behind the scenes.
  • Build practical skills in simplifying and organizing information, creating clear documentation that helps teams work more effectively.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration skills by talking with stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing insights in a clear, visual way.

Specifications:

Candidate Perferences

Academic Year: Junior

Area of Study: Business, Marketing, International Business, Communications, or similar fields

Software Experience: - MS Office, Teams, Miro, Visio, Basic familiarity with ecommerce platforms

Work Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Department: Ecommerce
Compensation: $20/hr
