Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and oversees predictive and preventive maintenance procedures, to include documentation of the programs, and communication to appropriate personnel.
- Reviews predictive and preventive maintenance services; ensures adherence to all standards including timing and quality of work.
- Improves facility and infrastructure reliability and condition, lowers equipment downtime and reduces cost.
- Analyzes and diagnoses facility and infrastructure problems, malfunctions, troubleshooting etc., to expedite and coordinate corrective and preventive procedures and to prevent downtime and interrupted schedules.
- Maintains appropriate levels of labor in accordance with skill requirements, work levels and schedules, labor hour and training programs.
- Maintains repair history and provides routine infrastructure evaluation reports.
- Obtains facility and equipment related quotes and creates purchase requisitions for parts and services for the department.
- Assists in building and infrastructure equipment repairs, rebuild or replacement decisions.
- Coordinates and supervises contracted work to maintain and repair facility and infrastructure.
- Determines equipment spare parts requirements and establishes on-hand spares requirements.
- Reviews work methods and recommends procedural or process changes to better accomplish department goals.
- Responds to procedural problems or technical questions with respect to quality, operations, or other requirements.
Specifications:

5+ years of related experience in maintenance of high volume production manufacturing facilities and personnel management preferred.

Performs work under minimal supervision.

Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic SAP knowledge preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of facility and plant infrastructure including troubleshooting, operation and maintenance.

Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc
