Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The HRBL will be supported by teams in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition / Development and Employee Communications and HR Operations.  
  • The HRBL will be tasked with leading strategic objectives such as workforce planning and organization development.  
  • The HRBL will also be responsible for employee relations and LOA administration.
  • The successful candidate will have significant tenure with their previous employer(s) and a background in managing employee relations in manufacturing or similar industry.
  • This is a hands-on position with direct interaction with all levels of management and our production workforce. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience is required, 8+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
