Job Duties & Responsibilities:


Customer Service

  • Serves HR front window customers, either providing answers to employees and guests or directing them to the appropriate person for assistance.
  • Answers employee questions including but not limited to current news, FMLA, requests for attendance information, direct deposit assistance, job openings, parking passes and ID cards.
  • Assists with varying levels of support for the HR Department, including but not limited to answering phones & taking messages, sorting & distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and keeping office presentable for customers and visitors.


EE Services Support


  • Helps in the planning and execution of annual family picnic and holiday party; assists in the preparation of service award lunches and retiree services.
  • Supports Supervisor, HR Operations, by taking lead role in planning, executing, or maintaining Employee Services
  • Keeps key control of lactation room and orders flowers for employees for family births or deaths.
  • Assists with the operation of the Company Store to include placing orders for merchandise, stocking and working in the store. Must securely handle store money and make deposits to Finance.


EE Communications Support

  • Helps in the planning and execution of annual Employee Summit.
  • Prepares documentation for President’s Roundtable meetings and Hourly Forum meetings.
  • General Assists with creating various HR and budget reports as requested.
  • Participates as an HR representative at events as required.


  • High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to protect and maintain highly confidential information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment
