This individual will be the center of the customer journey ecosystem, responsible to drive the ecommerce P&L across various channels, partnering with dealers and maximizing the omnichannel experience.  They will ensure that right content and products are featured to the right customer, driving conversion and average order value.  We are looking for someone who leads, runs, and develops high performing cross-functional teams to accomplish shared goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Regularly coordinate with dealers to ensure STIHL products are effectively featured on their digital platforms.  
  • Ensure that the end to end experience and site – from homepage through category, comparison, search, PLP, PDPs, and checkout, are shown in a way consistent with the brand.
  • Reduce friction across the customer journey on-site.  
  • Understand landing pages, bounce rates, testing ideas, UI/UX, checkout flow, and other aspects to find ways to drive towards targets.
  • You’ll be making decisions on pricing and promotions, in coordination with our national and regional distribution network sales and marketing teams.  
  • You will deploy a well coordinated product strategy which will feature the right products at the right time, taking into account a data-driven approach, promotional calendars, and understanding seasonal trends.  
  • Build a toolkit that you can execute.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the customer journey is optimized.  
  • Be able to understand where gaps are versus expectations, options for closing those gaps, and the ability to influence effectively those responsible who can support on getting the customer experience to an ideal state.
  • Track P&L goals.
  • Understand the key drivers and be able to break down the input across product, channel, and other cuts.  
  • Drive sales and profitability.
  • Able to understand all options at a strategic level and prioritize the right ones, while being able to zoom as necessary.

Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in the areas of marketing, finance, digital, or business-related fields
  • Ownership – ability to influence and lead starting with “why”
