This individual will  be responsible for driving qualified traffic to digital channels and websites – both STIHL and dealer-managed sites – for mid and lower funnel tactics across paid, earned, and owned channels including but not limited to Google, Facebook, email, SMS, SEO, and CRM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify targeted audiences using data sources and leverage relationships with tech companies to target similar audiences.
  • Ability to segment customers and maximize the customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Improves the ways we interact with customers by effectively using 1P data and a customer data platform to engage (i.e., cadence, frequency, content).
  • Works closely with IT and marketing to execute the strategy.
  • Creates and executes plan on how STIHL drives the right visitors to the right sites, incorporating mid and lower funnel tactics and campaigns in an omnichannel world.
  • Optimize spend to meet goals among the various channels, understanding both dealer and STIHL’s direct spend with agencies and advertising companies.
  • Launches and builds new channels.  
  • Identifies SEO trends to build a cohesive strategy and execution so that STIHL is identified as an expert by search engines where we choose to play.  
  • Execution should incorporate both technical and content side of SEO.
  • Working with external buying agencies and the marketing team, develop robust media plans that meet clearly defined KPIs, from awareness through conversion.  
  • Partner with platforms such as Google, Meta affiliate platforms, and others to drive new opportunities.
  • Effectively coordinates and builds strong followership with marketing and agencies.
  • Develops dashboards to track key KPIs for use both in day-to-day settings, campaigns, and reporting to senior leadership on results.
  • Understand and implement attribution methodology to manage shifts.
  • Develops and executes a data-driven approach to learn (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Applies learnings in future campaigns. 
  • Shares with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Captures global learnings to leverage in the market.

Specifications

 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in the areas of marketing or business-related fields
